A rapidly expanding direct marketing firm needed an automated approach to keep up with their rampant acquistion of new properties under management as well as their geographical discontinuity of their sales agents.

We developed an online data card catalog tool and indexing system to allow remote agents to update and disseminate changes to data cards immediately.

We also developed the interface to allow seemless integration of the data card catalog to their web site to provide access to site visitors/clients.

Additionally we integrated count engines and mail forms behind the data cards so that visitors and potential clients could initiate orders, get counts or see creative samples, all from the web site.
